Sokol Blosser Summer Vineyard Hikes
Ready to see the Dundee Hills firsthand? Join Sokol Blosser Winery for our Summer Vineyard Hikes, where we will travel the hillsides and enjoy the view from the heart of Oregon wine country. Visit our Cattail block of Pinot Gris vines at the base of our vineyard at 200’ and hike up to our Blackberry block of Pinot Noir at 600’. Along the way, check out some of the first vines planted in Oregon, learn about soil types, see newly planted vines, and discover the history of the Oregon wine industry. Enjoy a picnic lunch, sample wines in our vineyard, and taste locally made olive oils at Red Ridge Farms!
Vineyard hikes will take place on July 11, July 12, August 1, August 15, and August 29. These are vigorous hikes, so please come prepared with appropriate footwear. Cost is $30 ($20 for Club Members), and attendance is limited to a small group. Please contact Jeff Knapp, Cellar Club Manager, at cellarclub@sokolblosser.com to reserve your spot!

Bastille Day Wine Dinner at Bistro Maison
Join Founder Susan Sokol Blosser and Winemaker Russ Rosner at a very special Bastille Day celebration at acclaimed Bistro Maison in McMinnville! This 5-course dinner will be expertly paired with Sokol Blosser wines, both current releases and library selections, and will include a wine seminar by Russ Rosner and live music by Portland's French Guitar and Mandolin duo Rio Con Brio.

- Coquilles St. Jacques a la St. Tropezienne - Pan Seared Diver Scallops, Local Lobster Mushrooms & Braised Spinach with Saffron Buerre Blanc, paired with 2001 Willamette Valley Pinot Gris and 2006 Estate Pinot Gris

Plate and Pitchfork Farm Dinner
Join the Sokol Blosser family at a very special Plate and Pitchfork dinner on Friday, July 17 at Smith Berry Barn in Hillsboro, Oregon!
This popular series of summer dinners are adventurous evenings that celebrate and support local farms (every Plate and Pitchfork dinner begins with a farm tour!) and feature local wineries and chefs. Alison Sokol Blosser will be hosting the evening, along with Chef Scott Ketterman from Simpatica Dining Hall and Chef Dave Kreifels from Laurelhurst Market. Dinner begins at 5:30pm. We'll see you on the farm!
